The following steps are to show how to open up Inbound ports on the WindowsXP Firewall
1.	Click on Start / Control Panel
2.	Click on Network Connections
3.	Right click on Local Area Connection
4.	Click on Properties
5.	Click on the Advanced tab

6.	Click on the Settings button
7.	Click on the Exceptions tab

8.	Click on the Add Port button
9.	Type in a descriptive Name to help you identify the purpose of the port. It needs to be a unique name
10.	Type in the port number you want to open

11.	Click on the next three OK buttons
