The Following Steps are the Basics for Sharing Folders with Vista
1.	Open the Windows Explorer
2.	Right click on the folder you want to share and select Share
3.	Select the User(s) you want to add

4.	Click on the Add button
5.	Assign them the rights you want

6.	Click on the Share button
