The following page details the steps necessary to create a WindowsXP VPN Server
1.	Start / MMC
2.	File / Add/Remove Snap-In or (Ctrl-M)
3.	Scroll down to Windows Firewall With Advanced Security, highlight it and click on the Add button

4.	Select Local Computer / Finish

5.	Click on the OK button

6.	From here there are numerous changes that can be made
